First off, no one carries it. Can't find it anywhere. 1989 with the four finger aluminum clutch hub. The 4 ouarter inch bolts that hold the diaphragm spring lockdown plate call specifically for 222 purple. I guess they are afraid of pulling the threads out of the fingers on disassembly? My question is: Would you feel comfortable using the blue medium strength?

Considering a power upgrade?
First and foremost, focus on your tuning plan.

Dam. I just placed an order with them earlier today. I knew I could get it online, kinda want it now though. Will have to order some I guess. Thanks Herko.

Fill me in. What is PST? The teflon paste or tape?

Paste. Like one would use on a pipe thread to seal it.

Purple has zero holding strength, it just kinda stickys up the threads so a loose scew will or should not vibrate out. I use it on outer fairing screws where they are just snug and too tight pulls out the threaded insert.

I don't thing you would have any problem using blue on you clutch.
I am an adult?? When did that happen, and how do I make it stop?!

If using a stronger locker just use a bic lighter to heat it up a bit to remove.

Thanks. I went with just a touch of blue.
