help with tuning maps 2013 ultra

i have a 2013 ultra with s&s air cleaner ,v&h power duals and v&h hi out put slip ???on mufflers andrews 57 cams
tts master tunner
i could not find a map to start with could someone help

This map DUH044-03-A0.MT8 is at the TTS website under downloads,its as close as your going to get unless someone has a map with the 57 cam, put it in and do a little v-tuning.
