Will an '07-'09 rear wheel bolt on to an '06. I know they made some changes in the pulleys and belt but not sure about the wheels.

the wheel its self will fit check the spacers and measure the bearing size. .
also when measuring the bearings make sure if the hud is bigger on the 07  the beaings might be diffrent
now if you have a 200 mm wheel and tire on your 06 then the 07 might bolt right up.
i put a 07 fat bob wheel and tire on my deluxe and when we mocked it up the bearrings were diffrent not just a bigger axel but diffrent bearrings all together.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have the 200 tire now so I'm hoping it will bolt right on. I am replacing a Night Train wheel with a Fat Boy wheel. I also looked at a Fat Bob wheel and liked it very much. What is the width of the Fat Bob wheel?

its like 6 3/4 from hub to hub ..its hard for me to measure correctly as i have a chain and have some spacers in there.
if you are going from a 200 to a 200 you should be fine.
i had to buy everything new.  bearings , Caliper  , caliper bracket and spacers.
also i purchased a chain set up  plus a few due dads  a grand later its done....
