I bought a new ultra, had pretty much everything blacked out. The rear fender still needs some work, need some ideas for the rear tail light and blinker bar. Maybe a fender to saddlebag cover that has the lights built in? or a blacked out (dark smoked) lens. and a small black blinker bar closer to a street glide style? anyone who has done this... If you could post a pic and the manufacturer of the parts used it would be very helpful, Thanks guys

The small blinker bar (black of course) that come on the Streetglide should bolt up to the existing holes that the big ugly bar (they've been using for 50 years) mount to. I like black'd out bikes, been doing it since my Panhead/Shovelhead days.

I blacked out a lot on my 2010 Ultra, and stripped it down to look like a Street glide. But I can never put pics on here, it says they are too big.

I used a short signal bar and had it powder coated black, with smoked lenses. I also used some black filler panels between the fender and bags, though not the stock Streetglide ones that I liked better.

My rear fender is stock, but I put the license plate under the brake light, and had to find a light with the clear light on the bottom. This really cleans up the looks when the trunk is off. Also took front and rear bumpers off, along with the wrap around guards on the rear bags. Forks, crash bars, handlebars, exhaust, horn and air cleaner cover are all black.

I can email pics if you are interested
