 :smile:Hello I ride a 1980 thousand cc XL model Sportster. It hasn't been stock for years. I was able to buy it way back in 1980 while on active duty in the Marine Corps. Yes is was not brand new. An E-4 could afford a repossessed Harley back then while single. I lucked out and turned 54 this year. I searched for a technical site like this to share and learn motorcycle repair knowledge. It really helps one get the parts put back together the right way.
