I did a search but didn't turn up the Pro-Cycle DT reviews. I can get a new one right at the $600 mark and it's here in town so no freight.... Any input on Direct Lift?? Sold my HB lift, gonna list the Condor chock, want a table lift that is simple and uber sturdy but doesn't require a hemmorage of money as I'm in the midst of building a new shop for said lift. I have 3 small sissor jacks that I could use with the scoot on the deck, any input on this model is appreciated.

I own 2..They are great. For a backyard guy, or hobbyist they are great. For hours a day used everyday there are better options. I have had mine for years. Onlyhad to replace one seal and the rollers on both. But i use them for 4-5 hours a day everyday.

Thanks to you both!! From what i saw on the web, they seemed to have decent stats for the price, and your opinions have cemented the thought. Gonna scoop it Monday morning!!

I have one, good lift. I did have a problem with one of the  rings retaining a roller popping off, cleaned the groove and installed a new ring. At 100 psi it lifts my shovel easy enough, it's a bit slower with the Ultra.

I bought two 2x10s, 3 lengths of 3/4 pipe, some conduit clamps and made side extensions for it, but 2x12s might have been enough to get my 4 wheeler on it.

Do spring for the scissors jack.

Last winter I bought the Direct lift with the side extensions.  It works great.  I use it for everything from bikes to the lawn mower.  I am too old for laying on the concrete.  This winter I might recess it into the floor.  There is a lot of info on this site.  Just do a "search" on lifts.  Lots of good ideas.
