You guys running 120, 130, 140 horse are killing me! I have a lowly 99 horse and 108 lbs. and thought I was having fun.

Hi big hp is only the small half of it,then you need all the other stuff, custom exhaust, back cut tranny,Andrews gears shaft delkron case billet door,2.94 first, clutch, brakes, chain drive.strong chassis, big sticky tire, big starter, big battery, reinforced swingarm and motor mounts, lock up clutch, barnet outer, air shifter with kill,I am sure I forgot many small thing that add up to a lot.

565 lbs fxr 3.55 gear ratio

John, I know that, but I have to ease my wife into that part! So far she kind of agrees on the motor and maybe re-built tranny. Then I slowly work the rest in.
Man I hope she never gets into this site.

Now I am looking for 20 hp more
Slow but sure this bike has been ongoing since 1997

20 horse sounds easy, but I know the truth.
So have you considered nitrous? Probably not, you probably feel like I do, that's it's dangerous to the motor, and maybe cheating a little.
Then there is always turbo. Man I want one, but again, cheating and a little hard on the motor.
Best of luck in your quest!

I like the option of building a 120.....have Sachs or WFO Larry do the heads

How about a 142hp/133tq  103" motor?   :soda:

This one doesn't get talked about much, but it's a runner. With good street manners. Won't be cheap tho...    :smiled:

What about using 110 heads on a 120 build?

That's what I have on my 120"

 Yupper! Easily doable with a good recipe.

My 120" in stock cases with SE 110 heads, 9b @ 194ccp and Boarzilla went 130/133 corrected @ JD Cycle.

Now it's kicked up a couple notches with a 9fg @ 212ccp. 140/145 SAE

With 3.37 gearing in a dyna you gotta keep one eye on the road and one eye on the tach as she spools up rather quickly...

I bet you are having fun, and with a bank account that's not too busted up.
My bike has even less and it's a blast.

I'll probably get pulled in some day too though...  $$$ :dgust: $$$

Nos,turbo and blower are cool but then they say that's why it fast and if didn't have it it wouldn't go.

The old Axtell web site they had a 107" twincam with Baisley Hybrid heads. I don't remember what cams, compression, exhaust of if it was a carb bike or a Injected bike. The motor made 136HP & 130 TQ :bike:
