4spd, I don't know about a repair kit, but at the connector where the tube enters, push the outer coller of the connector in and pull on the tube. I would imagine a coupling should be available to splice the tube back together after cutting the tube at the damaged area. Good luck, Cbob

Probably best to just replace the line.  Its not hard to do, and the line is available in 10' sections iirc.  As stated above, just push the red collet back towards the shock, and then pull the line out.

They have lines, unions and fittings for 1/8" air line here didn't look to see if they had a minimum purchase:

The little red ring in the pictured connector just pushes down and the airline pulls out, make sure you get the new line pushed all the way in, mark the old one so you have an idea how far in it goes, its easy to think they are in far enough when they aren't. If you replace the line and its a front one that goes under the tank you may be able to tape the new and old lines together and have the old one pull the new one through like a fish tape.

After you push on the collar you may need to push the line in to break it free before you can pull it out.
Listen to the jingle the rumble and the roar.

I think I have the complete rear line set up in my tool box. removed it when I went to the progressive socks. you can have it for the price of  a six pack and shipping. pm me if interested. i will have to double check to make sure that I still have it though.

The line may not be properly seated in the fitting. Push in the outer collar, hold it in and remove the tube. Cut off the end of the tube cleanly being careful not to deform the tube and reinsert it until it bottoms in the fitting. Pump it up. I take the pressure a few PSI above the objective level and then back it off to ensure it seats properly. Then you can soap the connection to check for air leaks. I check the pressure after a day or 2 to ensure it's holds.
The air shock system is pretty sensitive to pressure so only a few PSI change makes a big difference in quality of ride. I use the HD Air Suspension Pump. I don't know what others do if they don't have that pump.
