My SE htcc cnc 113 build is supposed to be 10.5:1. I've pulled the heads to go to WFO Larry next weekend. The heads aren't cc'd yet. Assuming an 84 cc which is what they are advertised at, 4.060 bore x 4.375 stroke, .040 measured head gasket, .005 in the hole on both pistons, 4.090 head gasket bore. On the big boyz calculator I'm getting -4.5cc on the pistons to come to 10.45:1. Seems about right to me from looking at the pistons but I'm no expert. The heads will be cc'd when the go to larry. Anyone who has experience with many different pistons care to give me an approximate range for what these probably are? I cant find the actual specs on them anywhere. Putting in my S&S585 cam puts me at the ccp I'm actually getting at my elevation. Am I in the ball park for these?

I'm having WFO larry cc the heads and at least equalize chambers if they vary much. May also take off .010 and change to .030 cometic gasket to bump compression. That should put me at approximate 10.77:1. I know I won't get exact numbers this way. I'm not sure if the calculators are exact even if I pulled the pistons to get actual cc. I want to be pretty close though for cam chosing reasons. Seriously considering running the leineweber T7S. I have also looked at the wood 408g and the dm598g. I think those are top in the running. This is in a dyna...more of a bar hopper build. All three cams should run good in the 10.5-8 range. I just want to be sure I'm in that range and I've read the SE packages are often a few points lower than advertised.

If you measure the pistons in the hole at .005", what is the width of the land at the outer edge of the piston and can you take some (6 or so) measurements of how deep the centre (neg dish) is either with respect to TDC or piston outer land?

Ah....I see where you are going. I can take some measurements today.
