If that was the case, the CV was not set up correctly...the CV is a VERY good carb.

I agree with scott on this one, I'm a fan of the keihin and it will support 90 HP easily and definitely out mileage the mikuni make day, every day, but.its hard to beat the throttle response of the flat slide,
