Can I use my SEPST to activate cruise control after install?

Quick question. (hopefully this is the appropriate forum....)

Ordered the factory plug and play cruise control kit for my fly-by-wire 2008 Electra Glide.

Just reading up on installation instructions and it says must take to dealer to have cruise function in ecm turned on.

I have a Screamin Eagle Pro Super Tuner with all the software cables etc. for my bike from when I did my Stage 2 install a few years back.

Anyone know if I can just hook up my lap top and turn on cruise control using my Pro Super Tuner software or due I have to have this done by a dealer?

No you need digital tech from the dealership.
