Hello fromColorado (the flat part).  Looked at this site a couple years ago and found some good info. Now officially joined and hope to find more. Wouldnt mind meeting some new folks to ride with either.

Welcome! I'm fairly new here, too.

Which side of the mountains do you call home? I live in eastern Kansas, and my brother lives south of Denver about 30 minutes. That ride from Kansas City to Denver is awful if you take I-70. GON2L (Good Old Numbered 2 Lane highways) aren't so bad, though. Lots of small towns and the roads are good, but it's all pretty flat.

Hey Frank the real biker.  Im about 30 min NE of Denver.  You're right everything east of Denver to about Salina is flat hot and kinda boring on I70. 2 lanes are the best. Took a ride through Dodge City on my way to TX a couple years ago. Was actually an enjoyable ride through there.
