I left ignition switch on

I left the ignition switch on and it drained the battery and unable to start.  I tried jumping. I am not getting anything no light or nothing.  It is just blank.  Is there a fuse or relay that I am missing?  Is it a switch somewhere? It is a 2003 V-Rod.

Behind the right intake cover, by the coolant bottle there is a 40amp Maxi fuse.
