Mine is in the middle of paying the crank tax.  And by the time I get done it will be a new motor.

Some nice S&S wheels

Back in the chassis, waiting on the brown truck now.

I think this is isn't it?  :SM: :potstir:
Well, no, cause I'm a calm rider, who seldom shifts above 4th gear.

Robin is the one you gotta watch out for, the quite ones.....

Does that say 110 miles per hour?
Awesome!

it can take away everything you have.

Braver than I am- I wouldn't putz with cameras on the interesting side of 100 MPH- too busy shifting into 5th :)

That's funny, I was thinking the same thing yesterday, that's about where I shift out of fourth.      :scoot:

Barrett

It's a snapshot from my gopro 4th gear.. The vid would get me in a bit of trouble. ;)

Custom shift linkage, to allow either foot or tank shift with hand or foot clutch. This allows left side disabled riders to ride
Custom bellcrank assembly converts pattern to toe down or tap back upshift
I am just now finishing the shuttle valve hydraulic mounting and different foot clutch pedal
Next summer, I will look at doing a mirror mount for the front brake to convert the front end to dual disk, and Vulcan de-rake kit with rear lowering to keep the bike level, and slightly more handle bar pull back.
I built the motor from a 2002 Softail, so I still have the original motor. I did the trans work two years ago, and the shift assembly went through many iterations. My bud owns a fab shop, so I did it in paper, cardboard, Masonite, and finally plywood. When I felt it was right, I tweeked the CAD layout, and gave it to him to laser cut in steel. I will fine tune the design come spring, as I break the motor in.

That is quite a machine you have put together. Nice job!
