mild 80" Evo, new to me, which jets for Super 'E' ?

I got a rebuilt 1998 evo for my 82 FXR.  Shovel motor had problems and never got it running right before I decided to switch to evo.  Here's what I've got---it's a fresh rebuild.

Live in Phoenix
stock bore and stroke
9.5 KB pistons
mild cam (told similar to EV27), but it's a Crane
1.75 true duals w/mufflers
VOES
2000i ignition

It's an older Super E, no air bleed, thunderjet or any of that stuff.  K&N in teardrop cover

what jets would you start with?  Mostly freeway riding, 50-80mph, no burnouts, dragraces, etc.   thanks
