I would like to put a set of horns on my ride that make a statement when I blow them at the dumb a$$ cage drivers. I am wondering what everyone else is using and how do you like them. I am thinking air horns if possible. I have a set of nathan M3 air horns on my Envoy and love the hell out of them. I people run a red light I can let them know what I think about it.You can never have to loud of horns.

The Wife and I have been using Rivco's dual trumpet horns for about 12 years now and really like them. They blast at 128 db, plenty to send a non-attentive driver to the restroom to clean shorts.

Listen to the jingle the rumble and the roar.

I just went to the Amazon site to get information on the horns that I have bought through them, Walla and Steibel.

I came across this at a good price,

I have no idea about this one quaility wise, but the smaller Walla Bad boy is loud for it's size. I was able to mount it in the stock location
without any trouble.

They even have the Rivco's listed for sale.

I bought the Kuryakyn Deluxe Wolo Bad Boy for my 08 Classic and like it very much.  We have a lot of snowbirds (visitors from up north) around here who do not seem to know what a stop sign is for, but the horn gets their attention!  if you buy PN 7743, it is a complete kit.  The horn button will not take the current of the horn (Or most loud horns for that mater), so they provide instructions, a wiring harness, and a relay.  The horn button only energizes the relay and the horn is powered from the battery via a provided fuse in the harness.  Also the deluxe includes a decent looking cover for the horn!  JP cycles (http://www.jpcycles.com) has the kit under their catalog number 446-541. for $116.99, or you can order direct from Kuryakyn (http://www.kuryakyn.com) for $129.99

Fiamm Freeway Blasters - hi and lo tones - will sound like a car.  Some people put them in front of the gas tank.  I put one in the stock location and the other under the left side cover. $60 from Amazon including the relay.  [attach=0] Joe

If you want the most out of electric horns you need to run a relay with a number 12 or 10 gauge feed.

I put a Wolo air horn on my Ultra.  There was a thread on this site that showed me how to remove the compressor and the air horn fit into the cowbell and I hid the compressor in my lower compartment.  The horn is real loud but not always.  Sometimes it sounds like a sick calf.  I think it is humidity related.  I am thinking about getting a Goldwing horn which is loud electric and mounting that somewhere.  The HD horns suck and a horn isn't any good if it doesn't always work.

Motorcycle Consumer News did a multi unit comparison on horns last month. There was one non air horn that I liked. I don't like the time lag of an airhorn.
It fit where the stock unit fits and was twice as loud as stock and didn't require any relays. Don't remember the name. I'll have to go back and look at it again.
