Two gaskets on the inspection cover ensures no leaks.



a bit of GP grease on the old sprocket shaft spacer before double packing it in sandwich baggies means it'll not rust and could be reused (!) in the future.





the grease was out as that's what holds the two 63859-95B Fibre Gaskets in place as the Primary Cover goes back on.



The local rag "The Star" comes in handy when working on the bike/lift and it's sure cheaper than Coyotes Diapers.  :wink:

Scoop I went to this HB-125 years ago after my ill fated try out of the first HD Automatic Tensioner, what a POS that was and I posted my thoughts and experiences at the time on the MSN Site. 

I felt the HB-125 did the job well but don't notice any difference with the stock tensioner back in so that's the way it'll stay.

One of the thing you can do to help with the inspection cover gasket is to set the outer primary cover in a mill and mill the inspection cover gasket surface flat..
