Decel enleanment???

yep ...primary chain broke and wadded up ....cracked inner and outer.Lucky it didn't wad while riding.....

Question...my rear cylinder, 3000 RPM, 0% TPS cell keeps maxing out while AutoTuning off of the stock O2's. I have been capping it for a while now, so it just increases VE in the 2500 and 3500 0% cells. My guess was reversion or something on decel. How is this situation best handled? Manually lower VE in these cells to match surrounding cells or just leave it alone and keep capping? Does this ever cause issues with this maxxed out 0% TPS cell?

It's strictly bloated decel fuel from hard decels. Keep capping and when done tuning drop the 0% to the next cell values to the right. Worst that can happen is it might decel pop. If it does,  up the 0% a bit in the rpm range it occurs to cure the popping.
