see looking at that sheet even with the added cubes taking away and the stroke being lower the motor responded well . I think a lot of it would have to do with head flow and the pipe with these cams . and the proper compression for these cams to shine . i think the 103 and above respond well to these as bolt in because your getting the cylinder pressure there quick with the added stroke .

if you run the numbers max as soon as the add the stroke in to the numbers ccp is higher . the longer the stroke the more volume is created

OK got it.. Mainly because the displacement increases the compression ratio..

YES but piston speed is also effected .so it will come in to play also
