I don't think you'll get the lower tree out with it locked. The lock pin fits into a "hollow" in the stem.  A locksmith with a impact puller??

Thats what i suspected, i dont  know what to do now.

Hi mate
I have no idea what the fork locks look like on a new bike, but I would imagine what happens is a pin in the lock goes in to a hole in the shaft which is attached to the lower triple tree. If so, you are correct, removing the triple trees won't help.
Have you had a good look and fiddle with the lock, after lubing it with some WD 40? The lock could be drilled out, but I wouldn't like to do it for the mess, loss of originality and the possible swarf all through the steering head.
I do think a locksmith would be a good idea, if a good fiddle with it won't help.
have you tried a good strong magnet? or a fiddle in the lock with a paperclip to try to align the tumblers? You won't get it off that way, but you might realign the bits to allow you to get it undone.
Either way, it is going to need to go to a locksmith at some point- you don't want the potential of this going bad whilst you are riding the bike.
If you can't fix it with a hammer and a roll of Duck tape then you're in trouble

A possible solution would be to break the pin by forcing the handle bars hard enough. Have not done this personally, but have heard of it being done. Any one have first hand knowledge if this does work? Then you could ride to the dealer to repair the lock. Or you could just have it towed to the dealer for repairs.

I haven't heard of that one, but the pin in my '89 is fairly big, and I'd kinda be worried about what the broken bit might jam in if you did manage to break it.

very strange, the wheel goes straight !!! and goes all the left , usualy when locked the wheel reamains to the left with a little gap , since this happens , maybe the lower tree can be released.
