Slammers

Got mine from Jake Wilson. Transaction was smooth, fast shipping. No complaints. Keep an eye out for rebates. My order had a rebate that I missed and didn't notice until after the deadline passed.  :emoGroan:

Bought the last 3 sets from Jake Wilson very pleased with the transaction every time.

Dennis Kirk, Americanmototire, Jake Wilson, & Revzilla are all pretty good, DK will beat any deal by a buck if it's worth your time, I usually buy from them because it's 1 or 2 day shipping for me, they're in MN.

"Canada's Motorcycle" is the very cheapest north of the 49th & with the difference between the loonie & the US buck, it may be worth your while. :chop:

Jake Wilson still beat them on cost out of the pocket last Aug for a set of Pirelli Night Dragons and tubes, plus they didn't have the rear size I wanted in stock. Last order of parts from Canada Motorcycle took 5 days to get to my door Jake Wilson has been 3 days every time they must have a good broker to get it up here so quick.  Bob

Motorcycle Superstore...no shipping charge.

chopper

Motorcycle Superstore. is where I bought the last few
Prior to that, I bought a LOT from Dennis Kirk. Had one problem years ago with Kirk and the rectified it instantly
Got a case of dynamite, I could hold out here all night

Breeze

Motorcycle Superstore and Rocky Mountain ATV.  Both fast & free shipping. Only bought Dunlops and all tires were less than 3 months from made date on sidewall.
I'm starting to believe my body is gonna outlast my mind.

Chaparral Motorsports also has great prices and service. Between them and Jake Wilson is who I usually use.

truck

Jake Wilson must have an arrangement with tire houses in your/my area. Tires arrive a day after the order is placed and they don't come from Jake's location. You might get an old tire like I did, a year old, didn't matter to me, I did enough miles to wear it out before the 6 year life span was used up.

I've used Jake Wilson, Dennis kirk, and Chaparral all with excellent results.

Jake Wilson usually has the best deals but always pays to check all 3.

Don't forget to at least give California Phil a shot, he's a member and supporter here always treats me good, you'll probably have to call for his best price, (785) 243-9991

If they did, I would buy from them. But they wont so I don't. All tho, they are not quite as bad as the local dealer.
I mount and balance my own so I buy them from Eastern Performance. Always within a few months or less of the manufactured date, free shipping, and it's here in two to three days.

Damn shame it don't cost them anything but it builds loyalty so the rewards for something so simple are ten fold.

:agree: I can agree with that. Old fashion business model that seems to have been lost these days. I have no problem supporting local business and I make every effort to do so, but there is a limit especially when I know it is simply about milking the cow dry.

Some of us have no use for a dealer, indy or factory.

I have been riding for forty years and I can count the number of times any of my bikes has been in a dealer shop on one hand.
I am an adult?? When did that happen, and how do I make it stop?!

runamuck

I have bought from motorcycle super store. pull off my wheels and carry all to nearby Indy that i like. I have also bought from cycle gear before. they are just farther away for mounting and balancing..

geezer ron

I've been buying my tires from M & M Cycles. I find Mark's prices are in line with everyone else and he has free shipping over $150. Good guy to deal with.

thanks for the tire information.  Just paid 20$ more at the superstore than I would have at Jake Wilsons.  That and the fact they sent me the wrong tire.  Got him down in Favorites now thought.

Ptroc

Jake wilson.  Dates on tire have always been within a month or so.
