dose flow characteristic/rate of a head incress when you put it on a larger bore motor?

general statement, but a bigger bore unshrouds the valves a bit.  Going bigger by way of stroke probably doesn't make as much of a difference.  Although I suspect moving more air at a higher velocity would reveal flow issues and cause negative effects.
