Wondering if anyone has installed the Barnett clutch coil conversion setup? If so what are your thoughts?

Works great but the last one I did didn't work well with the +1 setup for some reason.  I believe it had to do with the stack up of the plates vs stock.

Hmmm, with the torque of my 124" and the weight of my trike plus myself I wonder if it has enough spring pressure to keep the clutch from slipping??

I would go ahead and get the Barnett scorpion setup with the lockup.  If your gonna do it you might as well over do it.

I have one with the plus one kevlar on an '08 Fl with a 124". Pulls easy and hooks good.

Pretty sure it was just bad luck on my behalf.  I still need to measure the stack up and see how it measured to the stock plates.

If I remember right I was told to leave something out with the +1 kit.... Having a slow morning and can't remember what it was.
