What would be the better Jack? The EPC Narrow jack 5 1/2 wide or the 10 1/2 wide Jack for a lift Table,What do you Guys use to lift you bikes up when on Lift Table?
2 Bikes and 2 Beemers, that's what I have been told 😳

I use a "Atlas" narrow type.  It still seems to be in the way once in a while, but I am sure I would cuss a wide one.  And the one I have runs with a 1" socket and performs flawlessly for all the life I need (rear tire removal, shock work, etc).  Greg Smith is maybe where I found it???  Thinking it was about $100

Coyote

I have both and sometimes you need them both. But 95% of the time this one is in use.

I'm using a car / truck scissor jack I got for free. There's tons of them out there. I have thought about modifying the top saddle but it's working great right now with a steel pad where the bike contacts it.

This is identical to the one I bought thru Greg Smith Equipment years ago.  Same specs, adaptors, plate and name "Black Jack".
I've had no regrets at all on my purchase.
At $119 and free shipping, not bad at all!

Every day, I'm one day closer...  WTF!  I'm not near 70 yrs. old!

Snuff got it, I have the Black Jack.  Has the top plate somewhere just like in the picture.  Never used IIRC now.

I use the jack supplied thru Direct Lift with the accessory plate and frame blocks. The jack itself is excellent, but must confess I've never had need for the plate or blocks. fwiw Buffalo

I also use a Black Jack with my Handy lift table. Has always worked great. Keep the screw part greased.

If it will lift a car it should lift a bike no problem

Like Buffalo, I use the Black Jack that I bought along with my Direct Lift.  Solid and stable with lifting options.
