I've got a buddy with a 2014 street glide looking at these pipes.  he read some reviews saying they drag,  Does this pipe hang low ? I would think the floor boards would drag before the exhaust on a touring bike. Any info will help. thanks

Maybe. I went through this before I bought mine. The guys that drag the pipes tended to have the lower bikes. I decided that my Ultra would do fine with them and I was right. Had them for 15k or so and never dragged them once. Unfortunately, I see you're asking about a Street Glide and that's one of the lower bikes in my model year ('12). Not sure about the 14+ frames but it's worth asking about.

I have a 2015 Ultra Classic with Power Duals and have had no issues. The PD's are great, your buddy will love them.

I have them on my Street glide and have never dragged them. I don't baby the thing at all but haven't racked up a lot of miles either.
Some have said the dragging occurs when a clamp is not oriented up out of the way. Perhaps this and some real aggressive riding combined.
Have Monster rounds installed on mine and they are quiet enough when cruising and produce a good rumble when on the gas or at idle.

Got a bit of scuffing on the head pipes, right by the collector. Nothing you'd ever see, even on the side stand.
