change head pipes

2010 ultra stock bagger
friend has a set of stock 2009 head pipes, can i put these on to git rid of the cats? and maybe run cooler Will the sensors be the same?

No, the 2009 uses the 18mm, the 2010 uses the 12mm O2 sensors...  Some 2009 HP have cats like California and 110 motors iirc

You can always add new 12mm bungs tho

Adapters for 12-18 mm Bungs are around $10 for a pair, but your O2's maybe in a different place and the wires might not be long enough.  Search the internet for "12-18 mm Bung Adapter".

If any such adapter causes the sensor to protrude less into the pipe, don't use it.
