For those that use the pant liner ( NOT the Outerwear Pant), how do you wear them? under your jeans and chaps(if used) or over the jeans? with chaps (if used)?

Under my jeans and continue the connection into my socks.

Does your jeans still fit ok?

My regular ones don't fit very well.  It depends on the cut of the leg.  The liners are bulky.  If I had it to do over I would probably go with the regular pants and jacket rather than the liners.

You need any of that heated gear as close to the body as possible but wear something very thin underneath it so you don't get it soiled with body oils. You don't want to launder the heated gear often. :chop:

I bought a pair and wore them over my jeans and under my chaps, they kept me warm but had to be on high the whole time. I just wasn't sure how different people wear theirs.

Depending on how cold it is, I wear them over long johns and under lined blue jeans.  The key is to keep the liners away from skin but have something to keep the heat in.  The lined jeans do that for me.

I do not like putting on/taking off chaps.  I bought a pair of merino wool long johns.  Keeps me plenty warm.

Good, that's what I think I'll try. Taking  a trip into mountain territory so don't wannabe cold!

My wife has a pair of heated chaps that she wears over her jeans. Then she either wears a pair of chaps or some snow pants which are a little baggy or loose. She loves the heated gear. As do I but I don't have the heated chaps.
