How do you make a custom brake line?

I want to remove the rubber section on my stock Sportster rear brake line and install a longer one. There's a junction block with a solid steel line 1 1/2" long that comes out the junction block. It cannot be removed. I want to remove the rubber flex line that is connected to it, and and install a longer flex line on it. Braided steel line will be fine, but rubber would be OK too.

What do I have to do to get this done?

Thanks for the reply, but that's not quite what I'm looking for. I know I can buy a new brake line. I'd like to be able to keep the solid steel part of the line that goes between the master cylinder and the junction block. I'd like to only replace the last 8" or so of the rubber line that's connected to the solid steel pipe coming out of the junction block, and goes to the rear caliper.

A line will have to be crimped on the steel pipe I guess. That's how the rubber line is now connected now. I've never seen that done before. I assume there must be shops that have equipment to do this. I was just hoping someone may have done this before.

Yeah, but I'm betting you'll have a hard time finding a shop that'll chance fabbing up a brake hose like that.  It's your life we're talking here, I'll "engineer" a lot of things on my bike, but brakes ain't one of 'em.
Go with Russell braided hose and change out the block as well.
This ain't Dodge City, and you ain't Bill Hickock.

A friend of mine will cut the metal line ,,slip on a 1/8 line nut ,,then double flare the line ,,then install a union to convert to a SS line with a AN fitting...He will do this on the newer lines to fit into older masters..It might work for you ,,,BUT  These are brakes we,re talkin about...$50-$100 in brakes lines is cheaper than a crash and maybe injury.

Take it to a NAPA store and they can cut and swag you a new line to your desires. Most hydrolic system/ heavy equipment shops/ store could do it for you.

Thanks for the reply. This was the kind of information I was looking for. I didn't really think it would be a big deal for a shop with the right equipment.
