why would you want to. some parts gas tank, petcock intake and carb computer censers wire harness fuel line air cleaner and some one to do it for you. big money. you could get someone to set up performance injection for a lot less.

I would think for all the effort that it would take, you could buy an older model with a carb. There are plenty out there and they can be had for not a lot of money.
But, your FI bike could really be dialed in and made to run really nice, few performance parts and get it screaming. And still be reliable.
If you're looking for the simplicity of a carb, doing that conversion is not simple, and may not be as simple to repair in the future should problems arise.
