Congrats. Thats not easy to do.
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

Everyone wants to change the world but, no one wants to change the toilet paper.

garyajaz

I quit smoking a year and a half ago and have been fighting weight gain ever since. What's your secret?

garyajaz

it was the twin cam.
lol
during its project build I quit drinking wine.
with wine comes cheese and snacks.
ahem. also cause working I was not thinking food.
lost 20 pounds first month not really trying.
then second month I just ate one light meal every other day. lost 30....
another -10 lbs or so I will just eat once a day (light) and maintain.
adjust from there.

"feel pretty good except for the passing out from lack of protein." LOL! KINDA THE WAY I FEEL! ONE THING I BEEN DOING IS CUTTING CARBS. I GOT A BUD THAT CAN POST IMPRESSIVE NUMBERS AS YOU.... ME -I'M NOT SO IMPORTANT! BUT, IT IS WORKING. SO I'M IMPRESSED AS YOU! A VERY GOOD THING.

lol well, not really passing out.
but have gotten dizzy and weak a few times.
I holding steady now at 180. sooo, that's 74 pounds gone.
I off all the  b.p. pills and thinners and all that crap.
it really does help.  and the ladies also don't mind.
good luck, stick with it.
(your bike will also like it)
