Scary

When I first watched it apparently I wasn't thinking and thought the bike was trying to squeeze between the van in the wrong lane.  After looking at it again I see without a doubt the van cuts him off and the bike has no where to go.

I don't understand why it was a "Crazy Biker" almost hit, Sure looked like the van was in the wrong to me.

No doubt, the van forced the bike off the road.
But in all fairness, I wonder what the speed limit was??  :potstir: That bike was hauling azz....

Anything that close to the camera looks as if it's going faster than what it is. the van had to have an idea of the location of the bike but you can't tell that from the camera angle. I don't see anything crazed about that incodent other than the reporters crazed point of view.

From my perspective, that bike was going alot faster than it should have. I believe the van didn't realize just how fast the bike was traveling and missjudged the speed and distance. Not that the van wasn't at fault , but I do believe that the bike contributed to the situation.

In all fairness, it looks like two wrongs to me, and we all know how that always turns out. Not knowing the road and all the conditions I'll hold both parties at fault. The van had his turn signal on and the bike behind him knew what he was going to do. Hard to pass judgement on the van driver when we don't know all the facts. JMHO.

Dosen't matter how fast the bike was going, the van crossed the center line before the lane was clear. OK LEO's, who gets the ticket.

True, but a good rider knows that a car stopped with it's left blinker on means trouble and gets prepared to stop.

On the other hand, don't know what makes him a "crazy biker" either.
