I am looking for a machining diagram. I thought many years ago Harley published a suggested machining diagram for 10mm compression releases.
I have done only a few sets and they worked fine just in front of the spark plug but I was not exactly happy with the depth needed and it is tricky. I want to document set depths and angles for future work
Any help appreciated.

Cracked Head

I think custom chromes hi po evo heads put theirs between the pushrods on opposite side. I was just looking at junk evo head and saw all sorts of casting in that area. I may be wrong, but on their heads you could put an extra plug,or pop off release.I would part with head if you wanted, just cover shipping.
Liberty is precious,don.t loose it

Don, fwiw: Kirby's diagram worked very well on the last set of EVOs I did.

First things first, I fixed my twin cam tool. Now I will make the EVO tool. I decided to use the left right on the Twin Cam but will use in front of the plug on the EVO.
Thanks to all that helped.
