stainless steel rivets for heritage springer saddlebag lid

Does anyone out there now where to get the stainless steel semi tubular rivets that hold the lid to the saddle bag on a 1997 heritage springer had to remove it due to damage

 I don't understand. Didn't that bike come with leather saddlebags? a picture of what you're dealing with will help a lot.

I believe they did, but I think the leather lid/cover is riveted to a plastic backing plate. The exposed edges on the sides are sewn to the backing plate. At least they were on my Heritage Special.
