I am a bit lost in understanding the Target Tunes abilities to learn and self adjust. I understand it will correct fuel based on load and VE tables. But will it self adjust for optimum spark advance as well? My motor not ready yet for wild azz running etc. But it quite honestly does not seem to have the bottom end zip it had when it was a 88" (now a 95) Then maybe i not getting a good piston seal yet either and it still needs to sit in better? Only has about 20 miles so far on it.

You will have to do your timing changes by hand or IME, MyTune works well with TT logs to do this.

You need to go log some data and check to see if you have any areas so far out that TT is not trimming them in. IME, if areas are way off you need to adjust these in manually before you will get good results.

Set up to log these channels and make sure the WBO's are on your gauge when logging. Using MLV, it is very easy to see if you have any big problem areas. Also, the data from the log can be used to further trim in the VE's so TT is not correcting so much. This, IMO, is very important. That way if you ever loose the WB's on a ride and the  ECM goes OL, your tune will be close.
