I put a set of andrews 48's in a friends 2013 road glide 103" last year . He has the rush HO head pipe and the big louie slip ons , other than that the bike is stock . He chose the 2 1/2" baffles for the mufflers . I think he should of went with the 2" baffles . What do you guys think ? Thanks for any replies .

Not sure why you would go 2 inch unless you like the quiet (I do).. The 48 is pretty mousy cam and flow seems to help mousy cams.

I've had 4 different sets of slip-ons on my 2015 FLHTK - one of which was the Big Louie's with 2" baffles. Compared with other slip-ons with 2" baffles I've tried, the Big Louie's seem very constricted.  I ordered a set of 2 1/4" baffles, but I haven't had a chance to try them yet.  My guess it that the 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" is going to be the sweet spot.  What I know for sure at this point is that for my bike, it ain't the 2"!
