2007 1200 EFI ThunderMax problems...

Customer requested a Thundermax ECM install and all went fine for the first day or two.  Now bike is running way too rich (black smoke, sooty plugs) and pump seems to run continuously instead of shutting off after a few seconds from ignition on.  Pump will run for as long as the key is on without hitting starter.   No codes through speedo.

Update:  it's now throwing a P0605 "ECM Flash Error" as of this morning.

I'd guess something is corrupting the ecu. Bad wiring, bad charging system, low resistance sparkplug wires, non resistor spark plugs, bad coil? Was there a prior problem (before the Tmax)?
