Tires

 Got an email from the MoCo pushing the new Street Bob and I see one of the key features is a Michelin Scorcher tire  I've never see anything about this tire, anyone have any experience with this tire? or is this tire too new

looks like they may have front and rear tires for my 96 Springer.

My wife's 2011 Dyna SuperGlide Custom came with them. She does not ride aggressively and from a riding standpoint had no problem with them. I had an issue with lifespan though. She has always gotten lots of mileage out of tires and when the front tire wore out with less than 20,000 miles I was disappointed. Her 2007 Dyna LowRider had Dunlop K591 tires on it. Those had been good tires for her so I put them on the 2011 bike.

My 2013 FXDC came with them. They still look good at 15,000 which is when I'm used to looking at worn tires.

  thanks bigfoot - good info, I'm wondering if the K591's are the same as the old Dunlop 491's 
I liked them allot on my wife's Sporty read good mileage on the front, a bit wider than the 402's if I remember correctly
