Race Tuner

I have the race tuner for my 2012 Fatboy.  Have had 3 or 4 dyno tunes since I bought the bike new due to different mods and upgrades.  I know that the tuner is married to my bike, but my question is if I were to want to drop a 120 motor in the bike, will my tuner work for that motor?  I don't know if the tuner is married to the vin#, or a motor ID# or exactly how it marries up.

pretty sure it marrys to the ecm #s

married to the ECM so as long as ECM and tuner stay together, it'll work fine.

Thanks for the replies.  Ok now for my next stupid question.  Will the ECM on the bike stay with the bike when doing a motor swap?  (103 to 120).  And also, if my ECM ever takes a crap and has to be replaced with a new one, I take it I am screwed with using the race tuner any further?

Yes the ecm stays with the bike. If your ecm were to ever go out yes the tuner will not work on the new one.
