I have some 12" LA Choppers handlebars on the way (http://www.lachoppers.com/catalog/display/2109/index.html).

Their cable extension options span almost 20 pages of SKU's. Whenever I call, the person I speak with is "pretty sure" certain kits will work. That's not good enough for me. Have any of you put 12" or taller bars on a CVO or bike with internal wiring/ABS/hydraulic clutch?
If so, can you help me out with where I can get the extensions I need?

Thank you!

scott7d,

I have not installed bars that tall with internal wiring but, for extensions you might try;

Namz Custom Cycle Products

               Or

Novello Innovations

I believe both companies provide quality products and if you explain to them what you are doing,  either will be able to help you out.

Thank you! Looks like NAMZ has a nice little kit that is MUCH less expensive than some other places. I will call today just to confirm fitment.

Never had the need to BUY a kit , stagger extentions , solder ,shrink tube etc.

Try Hill Country Custom Cycles. Most of the time they are cheaper than anyone. That's all they do is bars and cables and such.

I've used the Namz wire extension kit before. It's nice having the correct wire color for every wire in the bars. As said before, stagger the solder joints.
