is it worth ve calibration or is auto tune close enough now that all stuff is locked and not tuneable

The tunes I have looked at have the VE's adjustable some 5% some 10% and the spark timing is adjustable a little.  On the Pro Street the Throttle progressivity  table is adjustable some.  Nothing else I have seen is adjustable. Autotune will not adjust outside these limits.
