best system

My wife has been bitching about not having a stereo on her 2006 deluxe. I put 2 systems on, but she could hear them at cruising speed. What system has the best quality sound at 85 MPH? All she has is a Windvest windshield, so bar mounted speakers and an amp to put under her small tour pack is what I'm looking for. Something she can plug her I-phone in for jams.

2 speaker system on a non fairing bike is going to be tough to hear at those speeds.

A nice set of earbuds might be a better option is she wears a helmet.

I have not heard a bar mounted system yet that sounds any good. I did see one that had a big box mounted to create some bass for the speakers, but didn't think that sounded very good either, and looked ugly as hell.

Just use ear buds with her I-Phone since she is using the I-Phone already. The ear buds will help block road noise and she will be able to hear the music clearly.
