98 Dubai dual disc front end. Looking to get rid of the pulsing front brakes and squealing rear. Is there a reasonably priced option?  Was looking at used front or getting them resurfaced but I don't think it can be done locally.

I am not sure on the "reasonable" part but, I  installed ceramic pucks .
They definitely haul the bike dwn faster.
My way of looking at it is,  brakes are a vital part of the performance, Just as much as the go power is.
Most of us spend lots on the go power parts and jewelry .
Dont settle for second-rate brakes with first rate other parts.

I found a used pair of floating rotors for my dresser in really nice condition for 50 bucks, bought and installed Gold Fren S-181  compound pads, no more  pulsing problems now...

Floaters weren't even something I had considered. I'll have to look. I should be able to find a cross reference but I'd imagine many years and models used the same size rotors.

HD used the same size 11.5" rotors for probably 25 years anyway. Do a search on ebay under Harley floating rotors and you should bring up a bunch of 'em. The HD floaters are not a true floater but they are quieter (no clicking) and they seem to have cured warping issues that can cause pulsing. I've gotten them glowing hot before and never had one warp. I don't recommend that you get them that hot, just sayin...

Found three. Not 100% these aren't damaged but first quick look they look decent.

Thoughts?

Make sure to get floaters, front and rear.  Fixes all of the issues that came before.
YMMV

As you probably know the pulsating is due to warped rotors. You will want the 1999 and earlier style rotors with the 2" center hole, not the later 2.2" hole.
But what do I know? I drive a party bus.
