'06 Biketronics Install

I've got an '06 FLHX "project" bike that I've removed a Boston Acoustics amplifier and assorted mess from and the stock Harley speaker wire connectors were cut off during this installation.  Can someone verify the polarity of the stock speaker wires so I can complete my installation ?

Kickstand (left) side of bike has white/orange and green/white wires and the intake side of bike has green/black and gray/red wires.  I'm guessing that the green wires are the negatives and the orange white and the gray/red wires are the positive and the negatives use the larger female spade connectors while the positive side uses the smaller female connectors ?  I need to get the polarity correct for transformer connection.  I'm using the stock Harmon-Kardon radio/head unit.

I've sent an email to Biketronics but they're not open yet and I have some time this morning !
