Want to do the LEDs in the turn signals.  Does anyone have experience with these products?

Radiantz or Custom Dynamics

Radiantz seem to be quite a bit lower cost.  I would like the brightest LED.

I've always had good luck with the Custom Dynamics stuff, at the recommendation of California Phil.

I have the Dynamics leds in my front signals and love them there super brite white and go amber in the flash mode  the white running light mode is a real good attention getter for safety

I replaced my turn signals and tail/brake lights with Radiantz stuff.  No problems after at least 8 years.  You do need a load equalizer.
Idiots are fun, no wonder every village wants one.

Another vote for Custom Dynamics, did the dynamic rings on the front, led's on the rear, no load load equalizer needed on my 15. flhman

I recently had a CD tail light go bad after several years.  Only one side was lighting up. I sent them a photo of the problem, and they sent me a replacement right away. They never asked me to return the old one. Pretty good customer service. I'd buy again. I've heard that Radiantz is good too. It's a coin flip I guess.
Going down that long, lonesome highway. Gonna live life my way.

I've had good service with both companies.

I've got the Radiantz with drugz technology in the front. They stay full bright in run mode. When flashing they go from full on to full off. They really stand out.....all amber.

No white or white ring?  Not a fan of white mixing with the amber.

Are they brighter than the stock bulbs?

I like the idea of them going completely on...off...on...off.

I dont see them on their website for the flat front turn signals.  I guess they stopped making them.

Send an e/m and ask if they still make them.

I did....they do.  I hope they're bright!

I have the Drugz wired up on my turn signals.  The deal is not that they are brighter than their regular LED lights, but that rather than turning on to flash they are on all the time and turn off to flash.  The LED's are much brighter than an 1157 bulb.

They are bright! I used a pair of custom dynamics amber lenses that are supposedly more compatible with leds. I like the combo.

Does anyone know if these are the same led between Radiantz and Custom Dynamics?  I guess these two companies were in cohoots together at one time.  Why are the Radiantz 25 bucks cheaper.  Is there a difference?

Fascinating, although somewhat lengthy. Thanks for the link WW!

doubletrouble

Upgraded all the lights on my 05 e/glide - including all the dash lights from superbrightleds.com - back in 2014 and havent had any issues with them . Im convinced the best money i have spent on lighting was on the tailight . After having had way to many close calls - i actually had the rear bumper brush my pant leg as he slid past me while sitting at a stop light. I bought a BAL series tailight from brightasslights. com . Easily the brightist tailight available and it works .

I also have the Custom dynamics signals that are white LEDs, then turn amber just when turning. Very easy install and they look really cool with those white LED's staying on. I am going to put my smoke lenses back on, I think they will look better than the clear ones.

With my particular bike I had to get a load equalizer to keep the signals from blinking too fast, but it was plug-n-play right under the seat. 14 and up I believe do not need this because they have CAN bus.

EDIT: Just read you didn't want the white/amber mix. Not sure if CD makes them like that or not.

Then you should know if they're the same product.  Assuming if you sell you know what the competition is selling.  Are folks paying twice as much for the same product that another vendor is selling?

They are both decent quality products and there are several variations on both companies Turn Signal offerings
As far as if there is one manufacturer of both-I doubt it, but maybe on some of the components it could be so.

I understand.  I can't find any information that shows if one or the other is brighter.  That was my main issue.  Not to mention one vendor charges twice as much as the other.
