Not sure if anyone has seen one yet, this is the first I've heard of one. Massive power for that dinkie little tire!

Hmmm & with that fairing it might just be a death machine...for some old fart! :embarrassed:

Looks like a "shop owned" bike. Business expense of coarse.

That bike was built in western North Carolina, and yes it is a shop bike, built specifically for show purposes. It does not have a factory frame.

As far as I know it was built by Barnstorm here in MA, at least that's what I was told.  The bike is currently at a local tuner here getting a dyno tune.

I heard Barnstrom as well, even talked with the builder but got the impression he was in NC. The bike was for sale, it may have been sold to someone in NH. I dont know or really care enough to dig. Neat bike, but I think it falls into the category of just because something can be done doesn't mean it should be done. By that, I mean many shops do some really hideous things to show bikes just to show off their talent and capabilities. I think there was a bit of that happening here. I am just glad he didnt put a stupidly tall front wheel and a bunch of LED lights on it.

Wink Eller built a clean FXRT with a 143 or 145 recently, looked like a badass daily rider
Accurate information is expensive, rare and difficult to find!

I agree and have never understood why they think that approach will win future business. I would be more inclined to use a shop that shows bikes that are well thought out, built for a purpose and can build to a wide range of tastes. Wouldn't be interested in a shop just because they can fit a round peg in a square hole.

IMO, if the OP bike isn't a Harley vin frame FXR, it's not an FXR.
It's a Harley clone, tribute, rendition, tribute or whatever you want to call it, like BBC, Chopper Guys, etc.

I saw the FXR with a TP 121 that Wink built-never heard about a 143/45?
Who's bike? Where is it? Details?

Remember "green" on an HD...nobody will touch it!

I did... it was a cop bike. I get just as many compliments on my mystique green touring bike as I did on my Black Pearl Nightrain.

Thanks-
Now that is a bad ass FXR. Real Harley (looks like he shaved or raised the backbone to fit that motor in there), 145 with dual D's, PM chicane wheels, Ness billet fender struts, belt drive....killer.

I chatted with Wink a little bit about this bike. I don't think its an oem frame. I think he said the frame was made by Rolling Thunder.

.  The PM Chicanes do it for me.  I've tried to find a set for a couple years now, had a set on a Boyce frame bike 25 years ago.  Those suckers are light

Damn...
Another clone. Sure looks good, but maybe that Rolling Thunder frame Wink used has a higher backbone to allow that very tall 145" to fit. No way it fits without major surgery in an OEM FXR frame.

So, no FXR's in this post-

The 145 twin cams can be ordered with the dual G extreme intake like on my bike (except he runs the filter).
At first I thought they were dual D's, but normally G's would be there (although I have bored out that intake to fit D's-but if this is his daily driver, G's would be much more streetable).
Picture blown up gets blurry, but can you tell from the green bike side picture if they are G's or D's?

I have talked with the guys at Rolling Thunder about making a taller frame (8" rods, B2 heads, Baisley plates) and they have no issues building a frame with a bigger hole. Just to make it interesting, someone can send in a neck and they will build on it for easy registration.
