I just remembered that I had Radiantz turn signals on my Heritage and CD on my RK. When I parked them side by side, there was no difference in brightness either in the garage or in sunlight. Either is fine.

Thanks.  I went with the Radiantz.  My gut is telling me they're the same at half the price.

I have CD led light on my RG. both front (rings/signals) and rear with both clear lenses.  Both are bright.  The rear are bright enough to see faces in cars behind me, and reflections off of signs.  They are much brighter than the stock lights.  I found mine on amazon for less.
