I'm helping a guy rebuild a wrecked 2015 Street Glide Standard. The headlight got smashed into the radio (76000075) and ruined the radio plug (69200193). I bought a new plug. That was easy. Now I looked in the service manual to see how to transfer all 48 wires from the damaged plug to the new plug. Oh boy. I can take apart any connector on my 2003, but this is really something.
The local HD shop tech said it would cost about $175. for them to do it.
Anyone know of a Youtube video on this?
The tech also said a Electrical Manual for this bike would help a lot. They cost about $75. I could use a printout of just that section on those plugs.
Thanks .

I think list on the manual is only 48 and maybe cheaper on line. They do really help with the late model bikes. Thicker than the mechanical service manual!
Just saying,

We found someone to swap it out. Thanks.
