I thought Delphi makes the HD ECU, but I heard someone say that Delphi just bought the ECU f(and software) from Bosch.
Is this really true?

My understanding is Bosch came started with the M8.

Fair enough. My understanding is Bosch bought the company that developed the Street tuner for Harley so it 's more software involvement then actual ECM hardware.

Anything not in the list is a Bosch ECM
