The heads on the 2004 Sportster are referred to be B heads , Buell . The question is , do this valve have the bee hive springs in them ? Or does it just have larger valve seat ?

Well, they're referred to as "XB heads" where I come from, because they debuted on the 2003 Buell XB. But yeah, the 2004+ XL1200 heads are based heavily on the Buell XB heads. Same hardware, same ports, same chambers.
That hardware consists of 1.810" intake and 1.575" exhaust valves with 7mm stems, along with a beehive spring pack. If you look in the parts books, you'll see that this exact same hardware is used on all 2003+ Buell XB's, 2004+ XL1200's, and 2005+ Twin Cams. Literally the same part numbers.
2004+ XL883 models also use the same beehive spring pack, but the valve diameters are 1.580" intake and 1.350" exhaust, which they've had since 1986. However, they too switched to 7mm valve stems starting in 2004. The XL883 head casting didn't really change much in 2004, the ports and chambers are pretty much the same as the 2003. The main change to the head casting was big fins.
