during its project build I quit drinking wine.
with wine comes cheese and snacks.
ahem. also cause working I was not thinking food.
lost 20 pounds first month not really trying.
then second month I just ate one light meal every other day. lost 30....
another -10 lbs or so I will just eat once a day (light) and maintain.
adjust from there.
Hmmm, no more likker or supper,,,,,, without a guy ain't got a motorsickle may as well turn in for the dirt nap, eh? Speakin a which I gotta lose a few psi my own self.

update.
make that 60 pounds in 3 months.
am at 190. goal is 185
started at 252
feel pretty good except for the passing out from lack of protein.
its overcast and not gonna be 110 today so going to mountains for buell ride.
I think it even turns better

but have gotten dizzy and weak a few times.
I holding steady now at 180. sooo, that's 74 pounds gone.
I off all the b.p. pills and thinners and all that crap.
it really does help. and the ladies also don't mind.
